Return Policy:

Please contact us with in 48 hours of receiving the item if you would like to return. Items must be returned with in 10 days of delivery. Unwashed, unworn items may be returned at the buyers expense. Postage of an exchanged item is also at the buyers expense. Please be careful when selecting sizes. Shipping can become very expensive in an exchange. Items may also be returned to either of our brick and mortar locations. If you have questions regarding sizing or are unsure please message us. We are happy to help you figure out what size you need.

Changes sent by message or email after an order is placed are not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to make sure your order is correct.

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within *TWO* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. 

Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, your refund may be delayed.

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). SFO, Wimberley Marketplace, Wildflower is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Please allow 2 business days to process your order for shipping, unless otherwise listed. Tracking information is updated when the order is processed. Any information regarding your order after processing will be communicated through the email you provided. Once the order leaves our possession, we only know the same info as you but are happy to help with any concerns you might have. 

SFO, Wimberley Marketplace, Wildflower are not responsible for incorrect address information at the time of purchase.  If an incorrect information was input at the time of the order, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package re-delivered.

SFO, Wimberley Marketplace, Wildflower are not responsible for packages or any damages that incur once they leave our possession. Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.
