Return Policy

Return Policy:

Please contact us via email, shopwildflowerwtx@gmail.com, with in 48 hours of receiving the item if you would like to return. Items must be returned with in 10 days of delivery. Unwashed, unworn items may be returned at the buyers expense. Postage of an exchanged item is also at the buyers expense. Please be careful when selecting sizes. Shipping can become very expensive in an exchange. Items may also be returned to either of our brick and mortar locations. If you have questions regarding sizing or are unsure please message us. We are happy to help you figure out what size you need.

Changes sent by message or email after an order is placed are not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to make sure your order is correct.

Defective Items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within *TWO* days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. 

PLEASE INCLUDE INVOICE & REASON FOR RETURN OR  A NOTE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, your refund may be delayed.
